Canceled my order but forgot to even…

Canceled my order but forgot to even email me about it. I emailed asking for a ship date and was told they canceled it. After complaining to them, they finally canceled me order. Terrible customer support

I have had three pairs of Ariat…

I have had three pairs of Ariat boots,none lasted 6 months.Got a pair of Durango's,and they are going on 6 years now.Ariats,are the sorrest boots made,will never buy a pair of artists.You need to use better thread when you sew your boots,because the thread your useing now goes to crapp in six months. Poor quality.Also have HH brand that is 4 years old,still going strong,but Ariat,they do not last 6 months,sorry,sorry, boots.Everyone should quit selling these sorry made boots,and buy American made boots,that are sewed with quality threads,not thread that rots in 6 months!!

Ariat Radcot Womens Navey Wellies
I am on my second pair of these as the first pair, the top layer of the rubber on the front of the wellies deteriorated and peeled off. These were exchanged, but now the second pair are starting to show signs of this deterioration again and I have only owned them for 4 months. Lovely they do half sizes and very comfortable, but I've never had this problem with any other makes of expensive wellies.

Ordered a pair of boots from Ariat uk.
Arrived before time and they are great.
Following some of the brexit disruption a great service. We will be changing how we shop for sure.
Plus one very happy wife .

Can not reach anyone by phone

Can not reach anyone by phone, email, or via website to follow up on recent order. Absolutely no customer service. Not sure if my order is going to be processed, delivered, all I know is they received payment. Won't order from the ariat.com site again.

If I could rate zero

If I could rate zero, I would. My son’s boots were never delivered, I cannot get through to an actual person in customer service, even after over a 1/2 hour on hold, and my call either gets dropped or dumped into a generic voicemail. I ALWAYS leave my name, phone number, order number and the complaint and then repeat the important contact information. I’ve also filled out one of their contact forms and emailed their order department, for over a week and have heard absolutely NOTHING back. I’ve heard great things about these boots but this terrible lack of customer service them not worth the money I already paid for the product never received.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I HAVE CALLED MORE THAN 10 TIMES AND IM ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 1 HOUR AND THEN NO RESPONSE. Never ordering from Ariat every again and everyone else’s shouldn’t too. Worst customer service and products never arrive.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I tried to order two days in a row in their UK shop. My credit card was rejected many times (but worked fine in other web shops). I asked for a bank account no for payment instead but was turned down in two emails and asked to contact a local reseller which there are none of in my country. Very disappointed with this and had to look for Xmas gifts elsewhere.

Unethical Ariat

I had to seek out places to post a negative review of Ariat and their terrible customer service. They don’t respond to you if you call them, they don’t respond on facebook, and if you leave a negative review on their website their moderators delete it so only 4 and 5 star reviews show! So unethical. This is the review that they say “doesn’t meet their website guidelines”:
Boots on their own would score 4-5, but the customer service is what will stop me being a repeat customer, and will have me recommending the competitors over Ariat. You call and nobody answers, you use their call back service, nobody calls back for over 3 hours. You reach out on Facebook and you don’t get a response for over 27 hours! Then they say someone will contact you, so far I’m at 3 days and still waiting for that to happen. Stetson and Justin Boots’ customer service runs rings around these people, and the quality is just as good. Wouldn’t purchase from here again.

haven't received boots

haven't received boots.
please respond as to when I will receive.
on, stay away from the boots from service 3 they are from China nothing but a Fraud ordered boots and when order came it was a pair of ray band (knock outs) when I advised the site was told they made a mistake and if I wanted a refund they would only give me 38% of price I paided nothing but a rip off never but Arait boots
